The excellent results achieved with Invisalign to straighten my top and bottom teeth are a testament to your expertise in this field of dental work. You talked me through the whole process in detail and provided a clear pricing structure with no excess to pay at the end. Being able to have the work done at my own dental surgery was a deciding factor too. The regular check-ups kept me on track with the treatment plan and the end result was just amazing. The biggest boost has been to my confidence and self esteem with straight teeth once again.

The front desk team are welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hygienist I am seeing regularly now is excellent and providing lots of tips on tooth care.

I really dislike going to the dentist. So much so that I didn’t go for..well.. a long time.

I signed up at Ashley Down Dental Care and was dreading my visit.

When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The reception area was clean and bright. The reception staff were very friendly and engaging – in spite of my obvious trepidation.

The waiting areas are both exactly how you would want and expect. Gentle music and the obligatory magazines.

The tension mounting I was called ‘in’. I’m not going to embarrass my dentist, but [they] were amazing.

To cut a long story short, I had a problem with a nasty crack in my tooth. Over the 3 visits that I needed (one of which was an emergency pain relief visit – incidentally arranged for the next morning), I was treated extremely well. I was offered treatment which was the right treatment and NOT what would have been the most lucrative.

My family were registered at another dentist (high profile, Clifton) and I am more than happy for them to switch to Ashley Down Dental Care.

I have nothing but good things to say and I am certainly NOT worried about my next visit at all.

Dr Thomas and his team were very helpful to me, as I was visiting Bristol at the time and I had a toothache – they fitted me in and gave me some urgent treatment – I can’t thank them enough.

One of the better dental experiences I’ve had in my life. They were punctual, efficient, informative, cheap and lovely staff and practitioners. Most importantly, no fillings was impressed with the digital xray machine, maybe they have these everywhere now, but this was the first time I’ve experienced one. I will definitely be using this as my regular dentist in the future.
